Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of UCMS Learn — an exam-preparation platform for MDCAT, PAEC-DPE, NCLEX and USMLE learners, operated by UnivCore / UCMS ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility & Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information (name, email, phone number, and optionally CNIC/national ID) and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. UCMS Learn is intended for exam candidates and is not directed at children under 13.

The Service

UCMS Learn provides diagnostic assessments, MCQ practice, mock exams, AI-generated study plans and progress analytics for exam preparation. The service is a study aid only — we do not guarantee any specific exam result, score, or admission outcome, and completion of any course or diagnostic does not constitute certification by any examining body (e.g. PMDC/PMC, PAEC, NCLEX, USMLE).

Subscriptions & Payment

Certain features (full mock exams, extended analytics, premium content) require a paid subscription. At launch, payment is handled manually: you submit a payment receipt for a bank transfer made to the account details shown at checkout, and a Learn Director reviews and approves or rejects the request before your subscription is activated. We do not currently process card payments or store card details; automated payment-gateway integration may be introduced in the future, at which point these Terms will be updated accordingly.

• Subscriptions activate only after manual receipt approval, and are non-transferable.
• Report a payment discrepancy (amount charged but access not granted, or vice versa) to [email protected].
• Refunds are considered case-by-case for verified billing errors; submitted receipts for services already rendered are generally non-refundable.

Acceptable Use

• Do not share your account or subscription access with others, or attempt to circumvent access controls.
• Do not scrape, redistribute, or resell question banks, mock exams, or AI-generated content.
• Do not use the service to upload unlawful content or to interfere with its normal operation (e.g. automated abuse, attempts to bypass rate limits or security controls).
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.

Intellectual Property

All question banks, study content, AI-generated reports, branding, and software are owned by UnivCore / UCMS or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial exam-preparation use only. No license is granted to reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from platform content.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnivCore / UCMS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including exam outcomes, admission decisions, or data loss, beyond amounts actually paid by you for the subscription in the preceding 3 months.

Termination & Account Deletion

You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account and data via Profile → Settings → Delete Account in the app, or our public web deletion page: univcore.com/account/delete/. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, non-payment of an approved subscription renewal, or as required by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
